Who We Are:
Stefan Baskin is a Nashville native and the founder and CEO of Baskin Capital. Stefan graduated from Belmont University with a degree in business administration and an emphasis in entrepreneurship and accounting. At Belmont, he discovered his love and passion for real estate, becoming a licensed agent at just 19. Stefan began his real estate career with Keller Williams Realty, assisting clients as a listing and selling broker.
With over 13 years of experience in the Nashville real estate market, Stefan’s expertise has evolved to include new residential and rehab construction, commercial land development, and mixed-use office and retail projects.
